Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, personalized guest check-in/check-out experiences
- Efficiently manage room inventory and coordinate housekeeping services
- Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across public areas
- Collaborate with dining team for seamless event support
- Process payments and operate reservation systems accurately
- Assist with luggage handling and valet services as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months hotel or customer service experience
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Basic knowledge of hotel PMS systems preferred
- Valid Texas Food Handler's License (if serving food)
- Professional appearance and polished guest interaction skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
