Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at check-in, check-out, and during all interactions
- Manage room assignments and ensure accurate billing for weekend guests
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to maintain high standards
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a positive attitude
- Operate hotel systems efficiently including PMS and payment processing
- Maintain security protocols and monitor guest activity during weekend shifts
- Assist with event coordination and special weekend requests
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Fri-Sun) including evenings
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer proficiency with hotel management systems
- Valid Tennessee hospitality certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Positive attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
