Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at check-in/check-out with warm professionalism
- Manage room assignments and key distribution accurately using PMS systems
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly during weekend shifts
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and handle cash/credit card transactions securely
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby and common areas
- Assist with event setup and weekend group check-ins as needed
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work weekends (Fri-Sun) with flexible scheduling
- Basic computer literacy and point-of-sale system knowledge
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid Arizona driver's license may be required for errands
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork during peak weekend hours
