- Respond to guest inquiries with professional solutions for reservations and local attractions
- Maintain pristine lobby areas and public spaces to ensure premium guest impressions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for swift issue resolution
- Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions accurately
- Assist with luggage services and transportation arrangements
- Uphold brand standards through attentive service and cleanliness protocols
Qualifications
- No hospitality experience required – comprehensive training provided
- Outstanding communication skills with a naturally friendly demeanor
- Ability to work flexible weekend schedules (Fri-Sun) and holidays
