Responsibilities
- Efficiently check-in/check-out guests while maintaining a warm, professional demeanor
- Manage reservations and handle guest inquiries via phone and in-person
- Process payments accurately and maintain secure cash handling procedures
- Perform light housekeeping duties in lobby and common areas
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest requests
- Assist with valet parking and luggage services as needed
- Uphold brand standards for cleanliness and safety protocols
Qualifications
- No hospitality experience required – training provided!
- Weekend availability (Fri-Sun) with flexible scheduling options
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with reservation systems
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver's license for va duties (if applicable)
