Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures using our digital systems
- Manage room assignments and key inventory with precision
- Respond to guest inquiries about local attractions and services
- Maintain pristine front desk and lobby areas according to 5-star standards
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions securely
- Participate in weekend inventory and operational audits
Qualifications
- No prior hotel experience required – we train everyone!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with digital systems
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Positive attitude and problem-solving abilities
- Valid work authorization in the United States
