Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional front desk services including check-in/out and guest inquiries
- Assist with housekeeping coordination and room status management
- Support banquet and event setup for conferences and weddings
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Collaborate with cross-department teams for seamless guest experiences
- Uphold stringent cleanliness and safety standards throughout the property
- Participate in daily briefings and ongoing training programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 0-2 years hospitality or customer service experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
- Valid California Food Handler's preferred (training provided)
- Positive attitude with commitment to teamwork excellence
- Must pass background check and drug screening
