Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during weekend shifts at check-in, check-out, and throughout guest stays
- Perform daily room cleaning and maintenance to ensure pristine guest accommodations
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a positive attitude
- Assist with front desk operations including reservations and payment processing
- Maintain common areas and facilities to resort standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless weekend operations
Qualifications
