Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out of the hotel using our modern property management system.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service to all guests.
- Answer inquiries regarding hotel services, local dining, and transportation.
- Assist with room preparation, housekeeping coordination, and lobby maintenance.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Respond to guest requests and resolve any issues with a positive attitude.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk and lobby area.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Basic computer literacy and attention to detail.
