Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out services with warm professionalism
- Manage room assignments and key distribution using hotel management systems
- Address guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for room readiness
- Process payments and manage cash drawer transactions accurately
- Assist with valet parking and luggage services as needed
- Maintain clean and organized front desk area
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced weekend environment
- Basic computer proficiency and point-of-sale system knowledge
- Flexible weekend availability (Fri-Sun evenings)
- Valid Arizona driver's license (if assisting with valet)
