- Manage seamless guest check-ins/check-outs during weekend peak hours

- Monitor lobby activity and maintain professional ambiance
- Assist with event setup and guest transportation coordination
- Document guest feedback and operational observations
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work weekends and flexible hours (Fri-Sun)
- Basic proficiency with hotel management software
- Attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Valid Illinois Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
