Responsibilities
- Efficiently check in/out guests using hotel management systems
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service concerns promptly
- Perform light housekeeping duties between guest stays
- Process cash/credit card transactions accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Monitor room availability and manage reservations
- Uphold brand standards for cleanliness and safety
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years hospitality/customer service experience preferred
- Weekend/holiday availability mandatory
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Valid Kansas driver's license (if required for errands)
