Responsibilities
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas according to strict standards.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Operate hotel management software to update guest information and manage reservations accurately.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure all facilities are in optimal condition.
- Handle cash transactions and balance daily reports with precision.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in front desk or housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel reservation systems.
