Responsibilities
- Front Desk Operations: Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Guest Relations: Provide exceptional customer service, answer inquiries, and handle guest complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Security & Safety: Monitor hotel premises during evening and weekend hours to ensure the safety and security of guests and property.
- Housekeeping Coordination: Communicate maintenance needs and coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are ready for new arrivals.
- Revenue Management: Assist in up-selling hotel amenities and managing room inventory during peak weekend periods.
- Administrative Tasks: Process payments, maintain accurate logs, and assist with billing inquiries.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a hotel front desk or hospitality role is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and rotating shifts.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technology: Proficiency with computers and basic software applications.
- Professionalism: A neat appearance and a friendly, welcoming demeanor.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
