Responsibilities
- Manage all weekend hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams
- Optimize guest satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and personalized service
- Oversee weekend financial performance including room revenue and expense control
- Lead staff training and development initiatives to elevate service standards
- Coordinate with vendors and departments to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Implement and monitor health/safety compliance protocols
- Handle escalated guest inquiries with professionalism and discretion
Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel management experience with weekend shift leadership
- Proven track record in guest experience optimization
- Strong financial acumen with P&L responsibility
- Valid North Carolina hospitality management certification (or equivalent)
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Delos)
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
