Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a premium first and last impression.
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and key management.
- Assist guests with local recommendations, reservations, and concierge services.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and common areas.
- Process payments and reconcile daily financial transactions accurately.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk operations is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and holidays as required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio).
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Professional appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
