Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend front desk operations and staff scheduling
- Handle guest check-ins/checkouts with premium service standards
- Resolve escalated guest inquiries and operational issues
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance activities
- Train and mentor new team members
- Conduct end-of-shift reporting and inventory management
Qualifications
- 2+ years hotel or hospitality management experience
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Proficient in hotel management software (Opera preferred)
- Ohio State Food Handler certification required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
