Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness, hygiene, and appearance of guest rooms and public areas to the highest industry standards.
- Change linens, replenish amenities, and ensure bathrooms are sanitized and sparkling.
- Report any maintenance defects, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and sanitation policies and procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or janitorial services is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
