- Manage weekend front desk operations and staff scheduling
- Handle guest check-ins/check-outs with premium service standards
- Resolve escalated guest issues and maintain satisfaction metrics
- Oversee housekeeping and maintenance coordination
- Train and mentor part-time weekend staff
- Monitor inventory and operational supplies
- Execute weekend emergency response protocols
Qualifications
- 2+ years hotel supervisory experience preferred
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills
- Weekend availability mandatory (Fri-Sun)
- Proficiency in hotel management systems
- Strong leadership and delegation abilities
- North Carolina hospitality certification a plus
- Ability to work standing for extended periods
