Responsibilities
- Manage all front desk operations during weekend shifts
- Handle guest check-ins/checkouts efficiently
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Monitor room inventory and availability
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Train and mentor weekend staff
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience
- Weekend availability (Fri-Sun evenings)
- Strong customer service orientation
