Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service through warm check-ins, personalized assistance, and prompt issue resolution
- Manage front desk operations including reservations, check-outs, and room assignments
- Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and accuracy
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and food service teams to ensure seamless operations
- Maintain detailed records of guest preferences and special requests
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures with precision
- Uphold brand standards through consistent cleanliness and presentation of common areas
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (current students welcome)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with reservation systems
- Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
- No prior hospitality experience required – we train!
- Valid Indiana driver's license preferred (not required for all roles)
