Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct the front desk team and housekeeping staff during weekend shifts to ensure efficient operations.
- Monitor and manage daily room occupancy, check-ins, and check-outs with accuracy and speed.
- Ensure all guest rooms and public areas meet our strict cleanliness and safety standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally and promptly.
- Conduct opening and closing shift inspections, including security checks and key management.
- Assist in training new staff members and enforcing company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to address any facility issues immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in hotel operations, front desk, or housekeeping is preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems (PMS).
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Valid North Carolina driver’s license preferred.
