Responsibilities
- Manage 15+ staff members during peak weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Oversee front desk, housekeeping, and F&B operations
- Resolve guest complaints with 24-hour resolution SLA
- Coordinate with security team for crowd control during events
- Train new staff on SOPs and emergency procedures
- Conduct daily inventory audits for high-value items
- Generate shift reports for management review
- Ensure ADA compliance in all public areas
Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel management experience
- Valid Tennessee Food Handler's certification
- Proficiency in Opera PMS and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work 12-hour weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- TBI background check clearance required
- Spanish language proficiency preferred
