Responsibilities
- Oversee front desk operations during weekend peak hours (6 AM - 11 PM)
- Manage staff scheduling and performance for weekend shifts
- Handle VIP guest check-ins and resolve escalated service issues
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance requests
- Conduct end-of-shift audits and report preparation
- Maintain inventory control for weekend supplies
- Train new staff on weekend procedures
Qualifications
- 2+ years hotel supervisory experience required
- Proven weekend shift availability (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Oregon Food Handler's certification preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Opera/PMS systems
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking skills
- Basic accounting and cash handling proficiency
- Ability to stand 8+ hours per shift
- Valid Oregon driver's license
