Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during weekend shifts, including check-in/out, concierge assistance, and special requests
- Ensure impeccable room cleanliness and maintenance standards across all guest areas
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams for seamless operations
- Handle cash transactions and point-of-sale system operations accurately
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and brand standards
- Assist with event setup and weekend conference support as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and holidays
- Basic math and cash-handling abilities
- Valid Pennsylvania Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Knowledge of Philadelphia tourism assets a plus
