Responsibilities
- Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and concierge services during peak weekend hours.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas to meet high standards.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve any issues with a smile.
- Process reservations and manage room assignments efficiently.
- Cashier duties, including processing payments and handling guest folios accurately.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure gracefully.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with property management systems.
