Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at check-in/check-out and throughout guest stays
- Manage room assignments and key distribution efficiently
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
- Monitor guest satisfaction and implement improvement suggestions
- Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work weekends and holidays reliably
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Team-oriented mindset with guest-first approach
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid Maryland hospitality certification (or willingness to obtain)
