Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during the night shift, including guest check-ins, check-outs, and wake-up calls.
- Perform nightly financial reconciliations, posting charges, balancing guest folios, and preparing audit reports.
- Maintain the highest standards of guest satisfaction by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Conduct regular security rounds of the hotel property to ensure guest and staff safety.
- Coordinate with the morning housekeeping team to ensure rooms are ready for the day.
- Utilize hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) efficiently for all transactions.
- Assist in the transition from night to day shift, supporting the front office team during peak hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in hospitality or luxury service is preferred.
- Previous experience as a Night Auditor or Front Desk Agent is required.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel PMS software (e.g., Opera, Micros).
- Excellent mathematical skills with a high attention to detail for financial accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations with grace.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
