Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Handle incoming calls and emails professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Assist with concierge requests, including restaurant reservations and local transportation arrangements.
- Process payments accurately and resolve guest issues or complaints with empathy and speed.
- Maintain a pristine lobby area and ensure all front desk equipment is operational.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree in hospitality is a plus.
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong computer proficiency, specifically with Microsoft Office and hotel software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Proven ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure during peak hours.
- A valid driver’s license is preferred.
