Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across front desk, concierge, and housekeeping departments
- Manage check-in/check-out processes with accuracy and efficiency
- Coordinate with maintenance and security teams for seamless operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness standards across public areas and guest rooms
- Assist with event setup and weekend VIP guest accommodations
- Complete shift reports and communicate departmental updates
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible availability required (Friday-Sunday shifts)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
- Valid Texas driver's license (if driving required)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Must pass background check and drug screening
