Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional front desk service including check-in/check-out processes and guest assistance
- Manage room status and coordinate with housekeeping team for efficient operations
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high satisfaction standards
- Process payments, manage reservations, and maintain accurate guest records
- Operate hotel systems including PMS, POS, and communication platforms
- Assist with valet services and ensure property security during weekend shifts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible weekend schedules (Saturdays/Sundays)
- Proficiency with hotel management systems or willingness to learn
- Valid Texas driver's license (for valet duties)
- Basic math and cash handling abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
