Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-ins/check-outs using hotel software systems
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues with prompt, personalized solutions
- Coordinate with housekeeping to maintain pristine room standards
- Process payments accurately and manage cash drawer reconciliation
- Uphold safety protocols and emergency response procedures
- Collaborate with valet, dining, and maintenance teams for integrated service
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years hospitality/customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Texas Food Handler certification (if applicable to role)
