Responsibilities
- Handle check-ins/check-outs with efficiency and warmth
- Manage reservations and guest inquiries via phone/in-person
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Operate hotel management systems (Opera/PMS)
- Upsell room upgrades and amenities
Qualifications
- 1+ years hospitality/customer service experience
- Weekend availability (Fri-Sun evenings)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid MN driver's license (for airport runs)
- TIPS certification preferred
- Multi-lingual abilities a plus
