Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently using hotel management software.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, common areas, and guest rooms.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Assist in coordinating housekeeping schedules and ensuring all standards are met.
- Perform basic administrative duties such as filing and answering phone calls.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work various shifts within the weekend block.
