Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk services including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
- Assist with housekeeping coordination and room status management
- Manage dining reservations and ensure seamless restaurant operations
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in public areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth weekend operations
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems
- Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid Texas Food Handler's certificate (if food service role)
