Responsibilities
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and warmly.
- Maintain the pristine condition of guest rooms, lobbies, and public spaces.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and front desk teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Handle cash transactions and operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately.
- Ensure all safety and security protocols are followed during your shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
