Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to the highest standards.
- Restock amenities, linens, and supplies in guest rooms and public spaces.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries with a professional and friendly attitude.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the maintenance team immediately.
- Assist with special events, check-ins, or check-outs as needed during the weekend shift.
- Maintain a positive and welcoming presence for all guests and visitors.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No previous hotel or hospitality experience required; we will train you.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Valid state-issued ID and ability to pass a background check.
