Responsibilities
- Assist guests with the check-in and check-out process efficiently and accurately.
- Manage incoming phone calls and guest inquiries using hotel software systems.
- Ensure the front desk and lobby areas are clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Handle guest requests, including local recommendations and room service assistance.
- Maintain accurate records of guest transactions and handle payments.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and service at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks as needed.
- Reliable transportation to the workplace.
