Responsibilities
- Supervise front desk operations and housekeeping staff during assigned shifts.
- Ensure all guests receive prompt, courteous, and professional service.
- Manage cash handling, credit card transactions, and hotel folios accurately.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Coordinate with kitchen and maintenance staff to ensure property readiness.
- Monitor security protocols and safety procedures throughout the hotel.
- Train new staff members on hotel policies and service standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education in hospitality is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel operations or a related field.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong computer proficiency with PMS (Property Management Systems).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
