Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service during weekend check-in/check-out procedures
- Manage room assignments and inventory for weekend occupancy
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for weekend operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with event setup and weekend banquet services
- Uphold strict safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience required
- Flexible weekend availability (Friday-Sunday)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems preferred
- Valid California Food Handler's Certificate a plus
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Fluency in English; bilingual (Spanish/Chinese) highly valued
