Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at front desk, concierge, or housekeeping stations
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using hotel software
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Assist with event setup and guest amenities during peak weekend hours
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas and guest rooms
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work weekends (Friday-Sunday) with flexible shifts
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer proficiency and POS system knowledge
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid California Food Handler Card (if food service role)
