Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest services at front desk, check-in/out, and concierge operations
- Execute meticulous room cleaning and public area maintenance to 5-star standards
- Resolve guest inquiries and coordinate with housekeeping, valet, and F&B teams
- Process payments, manage reservations, and maintain accurate guest records
- Uphold safety protocols and emergency response procedures
- Support high-volume weekend operations with efficiency and professionalism
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel/hospitality experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift 30 lbs
- Valid Florida driver's license (for valet positions)
- Proficient in PMS systems (Opera/Micros a plus)
- Basic first aid/CPR certification
