Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Efficiently manage check-in/check-out procedures and room assignments
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with solutions-oriented approach
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and operate POS systems accurately
- Maintain pristine lobby and common area standards
- Assist with event setup and special weekend activities
- Uphold strict safety and hygiene protocols per brand standards
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work weekends (Friday-Sunday) and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency and POS system knowledge
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Valid Virginia hospitality certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Must be 18+ with reliable transportation
