Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms and suites to 5-star standards
- Manage inventory of linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate with engineering team
- Follow eco-friendly sustainability protocols for all cleaning procedures
- Handle special guest requests with discretion and professionalism
- Adhere to strict safety and OSHA compliance standards
- Complete detailed room inspection checklists
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience in hospitality
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Strong attention to detail with high standards of cleanliness
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Saturdays/Sundays 7am-3pm)
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Knowledge of green cleaning practices a plus
