Responsibilities
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness in guest rooms, suites, and common areas
- Perform detailed deep cleaning including carpet shampooing, window washing, and fixture polishing
- Manage inventory control for linens, supplies, and amenities
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and chemical handling procedures
- Address guest requests promptly and professionally
- Complete shift reports and maintenance logs accurately
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless weekend operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience
- Ability to lift 25+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid Illinois work authorization
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
