Responsibilities
- Clean Guest Rooms: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to company standards.
- Bed Making: Ensure all linens are fresh, neatly folded, and beds are made according to strict quality guidelines.
- Restocking: Maintain an adequate inventory of toiletries, cleaning supplies, and amenities.
- Maintenance Reporting: Identify and promptly report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team.
- Organization: Organize closets and furniture to maximize space and maintain a tidy aesthetic.
- Guest Service: Adhere to all company policies and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for spotting dust, dirt, and maintenance needs.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and dependable for weekend shifts.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
