Responsibilities
- Room Preparation: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas to ensure a pristine condition.
- Bed Making: Change linens, make beds, and ensure all amenities are stocked and arranged according to our luxury standards.
- Deep Cleaning: Perform deep cleaning tasks such as dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, and sanitizing hard surfaces.
- Restocking: Monitor and replenish housekeeping carts with essential cleaning supplies and amenities.
- Trash Removal: Empty trash bins and replace liners throughout the assigned area.
- Reporting: Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor immediately to ensure timely repairs.
- Guest Service: Maintain a professional demeanor and assist with any special guest requests when appropriate.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) on a regular basis.
- Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or custodial services is preferred but not required.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail is essential to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Communication: Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with the management team.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check.
