Responsibilities
- Room Preparation: Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Restocking: Ensure all amenities (soap, shampoo, towels, etc.) are fully stocked and replenished in guest rooms.
- Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of rooms to identify and report any maintenance issues or damages immediately.
- Guest Services: Interact courteously with guests, answering questions and addressing requests regarding room facilities.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday-Sunday) consistently.
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure every corner is pristine.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check.
