Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Operate industrial cleaning equipment and adhere to safety protocols
- Manage inventory of linens, supplies, and amenities
- Report maintenance issues and guest feedback promptly
- Follow brand-specific cleaning standards and sustainability practices
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless shift transitions
- Complete detailed room inspections before guest arrivals
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
- Valid work authorization and reliable transportation
- Basic English communication skills
- Knowledge of eco-friendly cleaning practices a plus
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
