Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house spaces using advanced techniques
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting shortages promptly
- Adhere to strict sanitation protocols and safety standards per OSHA guidelines
- Operate industrial-grade cleaning machinery including floor buffers and extractors
- Document maintenance issues and coordinate with engineering teams for timely resolutions
- Train junior staff on proper cleaning procedures and company standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience in hospitality or healthcare
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for multi-site assignments
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours nightly
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours during peak seasons
- Certification in bloodborne pathogens and chemical handling preferred
